Our Somerset Art Weeks exhibition at Spring Farm is over on Sunday so this is the last chance to see my and Clio’s work together. I hope to have a few SALE items of older work on Sunday. So come along and see what you can find.
This coming Wednesday and Thursday I will be packing up my easel and acrylics and taking them to the arts festival at Queens College Taunton . For both days I will be working on a couple of my imaginary landscapes, the first being a painting concerning the legend of King Arthur. Here is one of the colour sketches I will be working from. Hope some of you will be able to come along to the exhibition, see me working and look at all the other wonderful paintings and sculpture in the show. I will be at my easel from 11am – 5pm.
Visitor numbers are down; sales are up. No problems at Spring Farm except fatigue. Already keen to start painting and printmaking again. Off to Musgrove tomorrow to make MRI scans and x-rays of my collection of natural objects. Really excited!
